Australian High Risk Training’s Holiday Closure:

Please be advised we will be closed for our holiday break COB Friday, 20th December 2024 and reopening Monday, 6th January 2025. In this time, we will be intermittently checked, and urgent enquiries responded to as soon as possible. All non-urgent enquiries and bookings will be address upon our return in 2025.

Urgent training requests over this period may be considered, so please send us an email if you require any urgent training.

We hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday period!

After checking out our Course Dates page and choosing a scheduled course that best fits your needs, send us a website inquiry or email us at ahrt1@live.com or admin@ahrt.com.au with your full name, the course and dates you are wanting to book onto.

Please be advised we do require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and the rest on the first day of the course.

This can be found on your confirmation letter sent when you booked onto the course. General start times are 7:30am – 3:30pm.

Do I need to wear PPE to attend the course?2024-10-29T08:35:44+08:00

Yes! Please wear your PPE which includes steel cap boots, long pants and a high visibility shirt at all times attending our premises. We supply hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs and high visibility vests, however you can bring your own.

What do I need to bring on my first day of the course?2024-10-31T12:30:11+08:00

You will need to bring one form of current ID, either a Driver’s Licence or Passport, and if you have not sent in your Student Enrolment Form already, this should be filled out and brought on the first day. You should always wear PPE at our premises.

I completed a course but have yet to receive my High Risk Work Licence?2024-10-29T08:35:55+08:00

We send in bulk applications to WorkSafe usually within a week of the course finalising. Sometimes there are delays once we have submitted them which are out of our control. If you would like to inquire on the process of your application, please call to receive the date we submitted your application, and then contact WorkSafe at 1300 307 877.

Can you call WorkSafe for me?2024-10-29T08:35:58+08:00

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive information on your High Risk Work Licence application process once it has been submitted as it is private information. If you call us first, we will give all the information we have to make sure your call to WorkSafe run as smooth as possible.

How do I renew my licence?2024-10-29T08:36:05+08:00

WorkSafe processes High Risk Work Licences so you will need to get in contact with them at 1300 307 877.

Is lunch provided during the training?2024-10-30T13:07:18+08:00

We have organised a food van to come to the premises at lunch times and there are many food establishments within walking distance. We also have a vending machine which supplies drinks and some food.
